Registration

            Registration:

                1. Save the Registration Form/s to your PC (Save Picture AS).

                2. Fill the registration form/s.

                3. Please issue the cheque/bank draft to "King Fahad Medical City".

                4. Scan and Mail all documents to cme@kfmc.med.sa

                5. Upon receipt of your cheque/bank draft, you will receive a notification by email.

                6. When your cheque/bank draft is cleared by the bank, you will receive the registration confirmation by email.

                7. Your can issue a single cheque/bank draft for the Conference +/- Workshop registration fees.
